Light base malt Viking Malt Pale Ale
Light base malt for all types of ale-style beers, malt distilling or for darker lager-style beers. This sweet, slightly nutty malt is made from 2-row spring barley cultivated in Finland, Sweden or Poland.
Viking Malt Pale Ale is by far our most sold malt, and likely the most popular Nordic Malt in Europe. It is a reliable base for all ale-styles, providing a good body while also supporting hops when necessary. Literally hundres of brews, home or commercial, have used Viking Malt Pale Ale as their cornerstone.
